Tracey learned about commitment and independence from
her mother, who as a single parent, raised six children alone... and
proudly calls them all successes. Armed with self-esteem, Tracey
started her own business at the age of 18 (New Construction
Maintenance). The experience of working side-by-side with builders
and realtors on a daily basis has given Tracey a unique understanding of
today's real estate market.

Dan's father was an Italian immigrant, who through hard
work and determination became a successful businessman. Dan's
involvement in the family business at an early age of 12 instilled forever
in him the necessary confidence and drive to succeed in today's buying and
selling markets. Dan lives by the standards of hard work and
determination given to him by his parents and life experiences which he is
passed down to his two sons.
